The morning begins at 10 a.m. with a costume parade through downtown. Children, adults, families, and local businesses are all invited to participate, with costumes ranging from traditional Halloween favorites to imaginative homemade creations.

Following the parade, participating downtown businesses will welcome trick-or-treaters, offering candy and activities while families explore the shops and seasonal displays along Main Street.

Visitors can also enjoy activities planned by individual businesses, including face painting, pumpkin decorating, and other fall-themed attractions. Cherry Blossom Boutique, located at 1009 Main Street, has advertised a costume contest with a $50 gift certificate prize.

Scarecrow Row has become a familiar part of the downtown Halloween season, bringing families into the city center for an event that combines community activities with an opportunity to visit local businesses.

Saturday's weather looks favorable for the outdoor celebration. The National Weather Service forecasts mostly sunny skies in Klamath Falls, with afternoon temperatures reaching around 60 degrees and little chance of rain. However, temperatures are expected to be in the upper 30s when the costume parade begins at 10 a.m., so families should plan for a chilly start before conditions warm through the afternoon.
