The Klamath Falls Falcons are unbeaten in Area 4 play midway through the American Legion baseball season. Klamath Falls swept North Jackson on Tuesday at Kiger Stadium, moving to 10-0 in league play and 16-2 overall as the Falcons prepare for a busy July stretch.

Henley baseball and softball each closed the 2026 season with deep OSAA state playoff runs, adding another strong chapter to two of Klamath County’s most consistent high school sports programs. Both teams reached the state quarterfinals, earned major Skyline Conference awards and placed multiple athletes on all-conference teams.

Henley softball’s 2026 season has added another chapter to one of the Klamath Basin’s strongest high school sports traditions. The Hornets went unbeaten in Skyline Conference play, won their 15th straight conference title and advanced in the 4A state playoffs with a first-round win over Pendleton.

The Oregon School Activities Association has approved new classifications and district alignments for the 2026–30 activity years, including the creation of a new 6A–5A Southwest Hybrid conference affecting several Southern Oregon schools.
