Mt. Ashland Association has named Rachel Canada as the ski area’s new general manager. Canada brings more than 20 years of mountain operations and resort management experience and will lead Mt. Ashland as it prepares for chairlift replacement projects and continued growth beyond the winter season.

Salt Creek Falls has reopened along Highway 58 after months of construction. New safety railings, a rebuilt restroom, and other improvements give travelers and hikers a safer, more reliable way to experience Oregon’s second-highest single-drop waterfall.

Willamette Pass Ski Resort is investing nearly $500,000 in upgrades to improve snowmaking, rentals, and lodge facilities, part of a multi-year effort to strengthen the mountain experience and support local communities.
