Allen Dale Mitchell, 62, was sentenced Tuesday to 116 months in prison after entering a no contest plea to unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Prosecutors said a 2020 MADGE investigation led to the seizure of more than two pounds of methamphetamine in Central Point.

A six-week drug investigation led to multiple arrests and the seizure of methamphetamine, cocaine, firearms, and more than $227,000 in cash across Southern Oregon and Northern California.

A Douglas County narcotics investigation led to the seizure of nearly 22 pounds of methamphetamine along with cocaine, fentanyl, and bulk cash, according to authorities. Detectives conducted surveillance, deployed a K-9, and executed search warrants on both a vehicle and residence in Camas Valley. Three individuals were arrested and lodged at the Douglas County Jail in connection with the distribution case.

Grants Pass Police announced the seizure of approximately 40 pounds of methamphetamine following a drug investigation conducted in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration and other agencies.
