Critically needed water is beginning to reach Tule Lake and Lower Klamath national wildlife refuges after weeks of concern over drying wetlands, avian botulism, and migratory bird losses. The deliveries follow months of coordination among agriculture, Tribes, conservation groups, and federal agencies.
